Mission

Twin Cities Food Fight is the creative project from myself, Mo Bluntz, a Minneapolis musician and food service industry professional.

I aim to explore the vibrant Twin Cities food scene by showcasing individual menu items from some of our best restaurants.

My mission is to provide the best recommendations for restaurants in the Twin Cities area while keeping a down-to-earth and honest perspective.

All donations will be directed right back to this project with the hopes of one day raising enough money to open a restaurant of my own.
